Scenko Stix Tournament Contingency Program

Official Rules

Program Overview

The Scenko Stix Tournament Contingency Program is designed to reward anglers who proudly represent Scenko Stix while competing and succeeding on our rods.

Eligible anglers may receive either:

  • One (1) FREE Built-To-Order+ (BTO+) fishing rod, or

  • 40% OFF one (1) Built-To-Order+ (BTO+) fishing rod, subject to the rules below.

Scenko Stix reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this program at any time without prior notice.

Eligibility

To qualify for any contingency award, all of the following requirements must be met:

  1. The tournament must have a minimum field of 60 competing boats.

  2. The angler must compete using Scenko Stix fishing rod(s) during the tournament.

  3. The angler must wear an official Scenko Stix shirt or hat throughout tournament competition, including takeoff, competition hours, and weigh-in.

  4. The angler must provide proof of tournament participation and eligibility.

  5. The angler must comply with all program requirements outlined below.

Grand Prize Eligibility

An angler will receive one (1) FREE Built-To-Order+ (BTO+) rod if:

  • They win first place overall in a qualifying tournament.

  • They meet every eligibility requirement listed above.

The winner may customize the rod using the standard Built-To-Order+ options offered by Scenko Stix.

Highest Finishing Qualifying Angler Award

If the tournament winner does not satisfy all Scenko Stix Contingency requirements, the contingency award passes to the highest-finishing angler who does.

That angler will receive:

40% OFF one (1) Built-To-Order+ rod.

Only one 40% discount may be awarded per qualifying tournament.

Team Tournaments

For team tournaments:

  • Each angler is evaluated individually.

  • If both teammates satisfy all program requirements and win the tournament, each angler will receive one FREE BTO+ rod.

  • If only one teammate qualifies, only that teammate will receive the applicable contingency award.

  • A non-qualifying teammate does not affect the eligibility of the qualifying teammate.

Representation Requirements

The purpose of this program is to reward anglers who genuinely represent the Scenko Stix brand throughout tournament competition.

To qualify:

  • Scenko Stix apparel must be worn during tournament competition—not only at weigh-in.

  • Anglers who put on Scenko Stix apparel only after realizing they may finish well, or immediately prior to weigh-in, are not eligible.

  • Scenko Stix reserves the sole right to determine whether an angler genuinely represented the brand throughout the event based on available evidence.

Examples of acceptable evidence may include:

  • Tournament photos

  • On-the-water photos

  • Launch photos

  • Marshal or tournament staff observations

  • Live coverage

  • Social media content

  • Other supporting documentation

Attempting to obtain contingency benefits through misleading or deceptive representation may result in permanent disqualification from the program.

Required Documentation

To claim an award, anglers must submit:

  • Official tournament results.

  • Proof that the tournament included 60 or more boats.

  • A photo clearly showing the angler wearing official Scenko Stix apparel during the event.

  • Identification of the Scenko Stix rod(s) used during the tournament.

Scenko Stix may request additional documentation if necessary.

Social Media Requirement

To receive any contingency award, the qualifying angler must:

  • Post their qualifying tournament photo on social media.

  • Tag @ScenkoStix.

  • Mention the Scenko Stix rod model(s) used during the event.

Failure to complete this requirement before claiming the award may delay or void eligibility.

Prize Limitations

  • Limit one (1) contingency award per qualifying angler, per tournament victory.

  • Awards are non-transferable.

  • Awards have no cash value.

  • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

  • Free BTO+ rods include standard Built-To-Order+ customization options offered at the time of redemption.

Verification

Scenko Stix reserves the right to verify:

  • Tournament participation

  • Tournament results

  • Boat count

  • Rod usage

  • Brand representation

  • Social media compliance

  • Any other eligibility requirements

Submission of false information or fraudulent claims will result in immediate disqualification and may permanently bar participation in future Scenko Stix programs.

General Terms

Participation in this program constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules.

Scenko Stix reserves the right to interpret these rules, determine eligibility, investigate claims, deny awards that do not meet the spirit or letter of the program, and modify or terminate the program at any time.
